1995 Acura Integra LS
Custom turbo kit: Custom fabricated turbo manifold with 1.65" runners made from heavy 3/16" thick wall 304 stainless steel "will never crack", 6061 2.5"di. aluminum intercooler piping all professionally TIG welded, Garrett turbo T3/T4 .60 trim compressor with .69 trim turbine A/R also upgraded 360dg thrust bearing and carbon interlocking rear oil seal, 2.75" heat wraped downpipe that flares to a 3" under the oilpan, full mandrel bent 3" exhaust from the downpipe back to a 3" straight threw carbon muffler. ATR 50mm Wastegate controls the boost to 8.7psi with stainless steel 1.5" dump tube that exits to the atmosphere under the car "sound great on boost", Intercooler is a Garrett Turbo core That measures 28.5" long 8.5" high 3.5" thick fabricated sheet metal aluminum endtanks inlet and outlet sizes are 2.5", HKS super sequential blow off valve "sounds very nice", all oil line are stainless steel braided with aluminum AN type racing fittings.
There were no short cuts taken on this turbo kit, there are NO oil leaks, NO coolant leaks No leaks of any kind! Paid over $3,800.00 for the kit alone... and worth every cent; quality is second to none!
Engine: The motor is a B18b1 with about 70,000-73,000mi on it. The engine was swaped in the car with 110,000mi on it. Before installing the turbo stuff had the timing belt, timing tensioner and water pump changed New. Also has colder NGK Iridium spark plugs, New valve cover gasket, New CV joints, New Mr. Gasket copper turbo exhaust manifold gasket, New RPS stage 4 clutch and racing Billet Chrome Moly flywheel, Missing Link MAP sensor bypass valve,New Koyo aluminum radiator and cap, FAL slim line radiator fan, New Walbro 255lph fuel pump, Blox racing adjustable fuel pressure regulator and gauge. "All OEM parts are genuine Honda parts" There is lots more just can't remember right now.
Car: Has a VIS OEM carbon fiber hood, 2000' SI rims with almost new Bridgestone tires 85% tread left, skunk 2 rear lower control arms, Sprint racing lowering springs, KYB shocks, skunk 2 short shifter with carbon knob, energy suspension shift linkage bushings, Auto Meter Phantom 0-30psi Boost gauge, Greddy EGT temp Gauge and probe, chassis has 173xxxmi original miles on it, black interior 5-speed manual
All that really need to be done
minor body work and some paint.
