I am looking to take over someones payments if possible. I am not sure exactly how it would work, we sign a contract stating I pay your current payment??

If anyone wants to sell something already have payed off for payments, I would be more then happy to do that as well. Payments would be quite respectable.

My work pays me a very nice car allowance each month for me to get a nice car, but I can not get financed for one. I have a 99 sentra in my name, but gave it to my ex-fiance because she is taking care of the little one, and he needs a nice safe car.

Since its a car allowance, I am guaranteed a set amount each month that is specifically for a vehicle, so in turn, you are guaranteed your payment each month. I am not really worried about getting a "gas sipper" as they pay for my fuel as well. They just want me to have something nice for when I go out to customer locations, I don't show up in a 95 240 with black spray painted rims.

If anyone is needing to get out of a payment, and is willing to work with me, I can check with my lawyer about a contract being written up.

I am looking for something along the lines of a early 2000's BMW, or Infinity, STI, Evo. Anything like that, much much prefer manual. Something boosted would be very nice, but chances are if it is, its probably already payed off.

Appreciate the offer, not really looking for a truck though. Ideal would be a FX35 or G35 sedan (manual). But will entertain other offers of sporty vehicles.

 

I am sure if you went in to a dealership and could prove you had a car allowance that they could work something out for you...

 

I had tried that at a few places, but because I am fairly young and do not have much established credit, and already have a high interest first time buyer loan for my Sentra, they wanted a rediculously high down payment.

I wish I had that to put down because it was when the new WRX's came out. I figure with the bad job market and economy someone must have got a nice car, then realized maybe it was not the best idea to get it. It would be a win win for both sides.

 

If i absolutely have to, I can use my current car in my sig as part of the deal, so you can have a decent and cheap on gas DD.

i have a 07 nissan pathfinder black were trying to just have somebody take over payments shes trying to get an older car like an 03-04tl or tsx..but lmk if ur intrested
