Recent oil change (5w30 Mobil1 synthetic) and new oil filter

I probably have a bit more I forgot about, but that's everything that comes to mind right now, clean title truck and I am the 3rd owner per Carfax report, all local to me.

The bad:
Paint is satin black (the clear coat was peeling on the truck and I didn't want it to get surface rust, 4 coats of paint)
The bed has damage from a Hurricane 3 years ago, I had pushed it out with a hydraulic ram the best I could, but never finished it unfortunately
the A/C doesn't hold a very long charge anymore within the last few weeks of driving. I lowered the price of the truck more to reflect this recent problem.
the seats have a bit of wear on them, unfortunately due to them being original, still comfy as a couch though
tires have ~50% tread left
