anyone want my s14 kouki project???
**FIRST THING FIRST...THIS MOTOR HAS ROD KNOCK**
asking $9000 obo...open to trades also
car is located in Pensacola, FL
The motor is freshly built. The reason being, cyl #3 spun, and was rebuilt by a shop in mississippi. The guy i got the car from never got it to idle correctly, and i bought the car from him. i fixed the idle problems, got it to run and idle great, then as we drove and revved the car, we heard it...a shut to the heart...it was rod knock. i am selling the car because i am a college student, working full time, and spent all my money on the car and fixing the idle problems, and after all that, we heard the knock. and im completely out of money and need a car i can get back and forth to class in. but enough with my sob story, lol here are the specs on the car. the car has no power steering. i was given a hicas pump. not a dual cam ka pump. this car needs to be finished. its so nice and clean, but i cant afford to finish it.

The car has never been ran hard since the rebuild. It has just idled, and drove in a garage parking lot. I have not taken the car apart since i heard the knock either. it cranked over, idled, warmed up, driven in the parking lot, revved, heard the knock and cut the car off, and has not ran since...which was a few weeks ago.
I have the title in my hand. and is ready for pick up. if there are any other questions feel free to PM me.
i am open to trades plus some cash if i feel the vehicle isnt worth what i am asking. but dont hesitate to make offers. all reasonable offers will be entertained.

no thanks on the taco. my pops has an 07 trd...i am currently driving it! haha
and that civic is clean. i had a gsr teg for my first car. but ill keep you in mind if i dont get anymore offers.

like my post said...it has rod knock and needs to be tuned. it has a z32 maf...and i ordered power fc that isnt going to be included but i will let go cheap if someone buys the car or wants a trade. other then the dead battery...it still cranks and runs. but since hearing the knock...i dont want to fiddle with it. no sense in harming anything else.
