Whats done to it for it to be fully built? Do you always drive with the filter off?
What kind of pistons, Rods? What springs, retainers? Who did the work and where was it dynoed to make 220?

find it hard to believe its built and puts down 220 down if that motor put those number s down that would be your selling point you would have a list of every little piece modified and dyno sheets to prove but you dont you have a shity header and a mamoth intake manifold for an n/a car off the back so no go on the 220 i call a stock gsr with bolt ons
