Firebird Formula Trans Am Cheap
Trade ya my 87 Cherokee for it... nothing AT ALL wrong with the cherokee. I traded my Tl1000R for this jeep. It was bone stock. Had a few small issues when I got it. I ironed out all the fuel injection issues ( runs great now, although, it never ran "bad" to begin with ).
Anyway... I've put 2-3K miles on it since Nov. I've just been daily driving it since my SRT4 was down. Now the SRT4 is gone, and I have the G35 to daily drive, so it seems a bit silly to drive the 4x4 everyday...
Anyway, new motor/trans mounts. All brand new suspension, 3'' lift ( OME rear springs, Moog front springs ). Rough country shocks all the way around ( brand new ). Front end has a locker when in 4x4, but drives stock in 2wd. All the 4WD stuff works great. Auto trans shifts very nicely. 1200 miles on the brand new Pro-comp 31'' tires. All tune-up stuff just done about 1800 miles ago. Has a super slow trans leak, but it doesn't effect anything, I've put 1/2 quart in it since I got the truck in Nov.
Any who... If your interested, let me know... I've just kind of come to reallize that paying for insurence on all the cars/trucks is sucking me dry, and I really don't "need" all 4... The LT-1 with the busted trans would be something for me to ticker with, but wouldn't hurt me insurence wise until I fix it...
Cherokee has all the A/C but its never worked... I didn't mess with it since, I don't use the A/C... in anything. I drive around in the G35 with the windows down, haha. Dude who I got it from gave me the ole "it just needs a charge". Could be true.... But I can't say what the deal with at is...
You could deffinately have fun in this ole truck, but without feeling too guilty. I've been joking around about turboing it just to be funny, haha...
