It's time to sell the Evo. We just bought a second house, had another kid (My Princess is now 1 and walking ), and I have way to much wrapped up in this car that could go toward alot of other things. This car has been very well maintained, oil changed every 3-3.5K (Mobile 1), K&N or Mobil 1 filters only. A the moment it has 62K, and I'm still on the stock clutch, which helps prove I don't bet her. This is my DD, and I have to say in the 2-3 years I've had her, she has never let me down.

I live in Ohio, but am from Clearwater. My work is there as well as my Mom, Grandma, etc. So, for a small fee for gas (can work out details with potential buyer) I can drive the car down.

The bad:
I'm an honest guy, so I'll be up front. Has small oil leak, just enough to keep stuff wet. No drips. It had this problem when I bought it. I pulled the head off last summer and put a new OE gasket on (old one was fine). Didn't change, so my mechanic said leave it be, it's not hurting anything. It also does not use any oil in between changes.

The exterior is in good shape for a 5 year old car. Few small scratches, all of which from the original owner. The front bumper has the usual rock nicks, etc. I'd say 8 out of 10. I had an estimate done to fix all the flaws, and it came it at about $600. The stock Enkies have some rash, also from the previous owner. You have to get up close to really see it. Depending on the sale price, I will also include a set of flawless 17" Rota Torque wheels in gunmetal.

All the after market stuff adds up to at least 9K, and the car books for about 17.5-18.5 (KBB private sale, good condition) or 21+ retail. So we are going to ask 20.5K or best offer. I feel this is a Great price for such a nicely modded Evo. All parts are top notch, no cheap miss matched crap. This thing is ready for a 30-35r, etc. Has all supporting mods in place.

I also have several other parts laying in the garage (like a DNP SS tubular exhaust manifold, 17x8 Rota torque wheels, JDM Espelir 3" down pipe, JDM Espelir JGT5000 cat-back, RNR test pipe) that I will be willing to give to the new owner, depending on the sale price.

I really want to get into a civic/teg again. We sold my 00 EBP Si to get this thing. I want a hatch, but the wifey doesn't like them to well. 4 doors would be nice. Just need to get something with better mpg than the EVo (I average 23mpg), but is still fun to drive
