WTB cheap car

Okay guys I need a cheap import for my brother inlaw asap.He doesnt have alot of money maybe 800 tops. He is really looking for a honda or nission lmk what you have

got a '93 mustang 5speed
new tires and new shocks and struts
a/c and its pretty clean
2.3L gas saver with 78,XXX
newer clutch
not a honda or nissan but its $800
oh clean title, pics upon request
