1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R
92 Sentra SE-R / 231,XXX miles / $2300
I purchased this car over a year ago from the original owner in West Palm Beach. I've used it as a daily driver to commute over 60 miles a day. I've only encountered one major mechanical problem with the car, a leaking power steering hose that I replaced with a new one from Autozone. The car is high mileage but you really wouldn't notice it and you certainly can't tell cosmetically. This is one of the cleanest, rust free, straight body SE-R's I have seen. The interior is black/gray, very clean, no dash cracks, no rips in the seats.
No problem with the transmission, no 5th gear pop-out. This leads me to believe there was some work done on the transmission at some point because these cars ALWAYS have that problem at some point.
Known issues:
1. The rear motor mount is worn which causes the engine to vibrate when it starts up cold in the mornings...nothing big it's just an observation ($40-60)
2. Cruise control is hit or miss.
3. Could probably use some shocks up front...once again nothing bad but I do hear it clunk when going over large speed bumps.
