can tickets be purchased at the salon on the day of the drawing?

What is the status of the title? If won do we get the title that day or have to wait? Is it a clean title?
Why no a/c or p/s

it will be a clean title... the tickets will still be sold until 15 min. before the drawing. i took the p/c belt off and that is hooked up to the a/c... i used to race it
