Heres my 1979 VW Rabbit westy Rabbit.
I daily drive this car everyday, super reliable, head turner, overall just a fun car to drive and own.

1.5l 8V with 136K miles on it.
4-speed manual.

New OEM parts :

Timing belt.
belt tensioner.
alternator.
HV oil pump.
5qt oil pan w/ upgraded gasket.
Gaskets.
CIS injector o-rings and holders.
fuel pump.
fuel filter.
front hubs.

ATS Classic 13x8 and 13x7 wheels (brand new sumo 175 tires on them too)
chrome flag mirrors.

Euro big duck bill.
Autotech front and rear strut bars (rare).
Autotech racing header.
TT exhaust.
Polished rare door lock pins.
Momo 280mm steering wheel (rare).

H4 headlights.
Chrome euro fuel cap (super rare and pricey!)

Body work:

Shaved side markers.
Extra hood thats shaved and in the process of being painted.

Rusted hood to go along with the shaved hood.
Chrome rain blockers for the windows (rare).
GTI fender flares.

OEM brand new small duck bill spoiler.
2 extra grilles (one damaged, other near perfect)
Roof rack (oem uint with part number still on it) RARE!!
OEM OG rabbit floor mats. (RARE)


The grille thats on the car now isnt in the pictures, its perfect and SUPER hard to find in great shape.

The car shifts, runs, and drives fine.
I daily it, and love driving it.
It was a cali car all its life till i bought it about a year ago.
It doesnt sound like a ricey honda, and everybody loves the car.

The bad:

the dash has some small cracks, and is faded but you couldnt really tell (it fits the look of the car).
The back seat has some aging but again it fits the look of the car.
Has some little dents here and there but overall pretty damn straight.
Has little rust around the windsheild and some on the driverside rear door, but overall the car is great for its age and for a rabbit.


I dont want to sell but i have too many cars, and this is the 1st to go.
$3000 is the firm price and i wont go any lower. Im sure im forgetting some things.
