this is the same one that you were saying was built a while back.
built means high performance parts like crower rods, after market light weight pistons (NOT PM7's they're stock! lol) , aftermarket cams, hight compression flat valves, racing dual springs, light weight retainers, porting, decking and that's just getting started with a basic built motor!
rings, rod, and main brngs is just rebuilt.
