F/S 1995 Nissan Maxima- 5 speed
Up for sale is 1995 Nissan Maxima, 5 speed transmission, tan cloth interior. dark green exterior.
car info
V6 3.0 Twin cam 24 vavle (VQ30DE)
5 speed transmission
Tan cloth interior
Dark green exterior
Ice cold air
Hot Hot heat
alpine head unit w/pioneer speakers
Brand new exhaust pipe as of 1/12/2008
Obx catback exhaust
red l.e.d. gauges
238xxx on chassis
97xxxx on engine and tranny
KYB GR2's lowering struts and Tein Springs
the car has been well taken car of. never been beat on what so ever, oil has been changed every 2500 miles with castrol GTX syntec. Has NGK platinum spark plugs, fuel filter has been changed, air filter been changed when needed, has a brand new driver side CV axle. All maintenance been kept up. the interior is flawless,, the only blemishes it has is to small tears on the driver side carpet, and the over the age the steering wheel had rotting leather, so i took a razor blade and cut the top half.
The exterior is near flawless, a few scratches on the hood and on the passenger side quater panel. they are both hardly noticeable. The car starts up fine,, runs and drives perfect.
Things it will need in the future:
From Y pipe to rear header, its leaking exhausts there, its not loud at all but when the engine is at operating temperature the noise is no longer there. it happen when i was on my way up to Jacksonville, the roads where under construction and some worker left a piece of sheet metal on the street and it and cut a 1/2 inch whole on the y pipe. i got a quote and the exhaust shop said 80$$ for a new flex pipe and y pipe to header.
When you turn the steering wheel it makes like a creaking noise, its you barley can hear it all, the strut bearings just need to be replaced (i have the part)
last thing it needs it a shifter boot and e brake boot, the ebrake boot just
dry rotted over time
$2900- $3000
the rims dont come with it, it come with stock rims that are 16 inches big
or OBO or.
looking into trades, but i need like 500 bucks on top of that
gotta get this thing gone

^ No the original post is correct 95' models were the first to carry the VQ motor the VG motor was discontinued after the 94' model in the Maxima. The Infinity J30 however does have a VG motor which is a RWD format but the Maxima recieved a Front Wheel Drive VQ
