410 awhp 2003 Evo VIII FS

For Sale: 2003 Apex Silver Evo VIII w/ Sunroof
According to the Dynojet at Brotherz Racing this car makes 410 whp at ~90 degrees with 0 correction on 93 pump gas + methanol.
75,xxx miles.
This car is in 100% running condition, daily driven to work every day with 0 mechanical issues.
This car is fairly modified, but with the intent being a very quick daily driver.

The car is a blast to drive. It does have a couple chips and scratches here and there, nothing too bad though. Currently the Wideband sensor is not working, but I will be replacing that shortly.
Most of the parts were installed at ~60,000 miles, the Meth was installed at ~70,000 miles.
I am looking to sell mainly because I need something bigger for work.
Asking price is $22,000. There are easily $10,000 worth of parts & labor in this car. Top Notch parts all-around.
I am willing to take offers, but I do not need to sell the car, it would just make life a little easier for the next year or so. Don't bother lowballing me.

Almost forgot to mention the car has all aftermarket Speakers and an aftermarket deck. I don't know the exact details, they were in the car when I got it, but they sound great, most people think I have a sub.
