i have a clean 2001 neon for sale...its lowered 2 inches with 17"rims n low pro tires with good thread..as far as the engine just a cool ait intake n bigger throttle body...nothin is wrong with the car goin to the air force so need to get ride of it pm me if u have any questions or for more pics
