FS/FT: 1990 CRX Si w/129K original miles, unmolested STOCK..

129K original miles
5spd
The Good:
New Distributor, Battery, Alternator, Master cylinder, and Brake pads
just did front end alignment on it
shifts smooth, no grinds AT ALL in any gears
A/C blows ice cold, heat works great also.
all side mouldings are there.
original mud flaps
honda rims/tires with good thread
most interior pieces are there (98%)
carpet is awesome
no rust on quarter panels or doors
The Bad:
original paint is fading
slight dent (plastic bent) in rear bumper on right and also on pass. fender
drivers seat is ripped up, hence the cover.
wood panel in back is missing
some dumb-ass cut 2 6x9 holes in cargo cover to put speakers in.
sunroof wont open, the motor for it will turn on when you press the button, but it wont open, i havent had time to fiddle with it.
sunroof also has some spots of rust that will need to be sanded.
A/C button is pushed in a little, but works perfectly
slight lifter noise, basically needs to be opened up, but it runs awesome (see below)
Mechanically the car is pretty sound, except it has a slight lifter noise which we were planning on fixing, before i decided to sell it. it has low miles for its age, and i was originally planning on keeping it and selling my 91 CRX (it has 240K miles).ive always wanted an Si, but i would rather have a car with a backseat, its just not practical anymore. so i'm heading towards getting a teggy.

also open to trades. interested in an Integra 94+, civic hatch 93-94. it MUST be able to pass emmission (i technically live in GA, i go back and forth a LOT, and my cars are tagged there and need to pass emissions), and i can put up to 2K on top depending on what you have. LMK what you have and pics/links. NEEDS TO BE 5spd!!!
The CRX Si has a florida Title and is located here, but if it does not sell/trade here, then i will be taking it up to GA in a few weeks.
