i know this is not the thread for this but th emost popular thread so i figured just 2 post this here well my queshtion is i bought a car 3 months ago but never got to register it but i got the title just not under my name but it has my signature like i bought so its mine so could i sell the car with that title or would i have to register it to sell it or if i could sell it wat do i have to do??

nope now you have to register it under your name because if u dont the new buyer does not have anywhere to sign his name on the title...you'll get a new title after u register it and then u wont have any problem sellin it

u can get a printed out bill of sale offline that has a spot that says NAME ENTERED IN ERROR. if u furnish that with the title to the new buyer you can go that route.

yeah but fill out the BOS as if you were the orignal owner on the title
