Me and my friend had a conversation pop up about this and he wants to get a dealer auction license from auctions but one requirement is that you have to own a warehouse where you can store the cars at. What else are the requirements needed to get your dealer auction license and what has to be done?

^ Dealer license requirements is a tax i.d. # and a bussiness license. (i.e any piece of non-residential property or building rent, leased, or owned is duable)
U have to buy x amount of temp tags (not sure how many I think it is like 2 or 4 ) Also u have to legally pay taxes and charge the customer tax u r selling the car to since it is a business transaction and no longer a personal transaction.

just take the dealer lic school they tell you everything
or check the florida dmv website
more then just owning a storage place
you need a surity bond
location to hold 20 cars
insurance
occupation lic for the building and office location
Plus attend the dealer school
To learn how do handle the paper work to register and sell cars with the state
My friend has a lot I have a bidder badge and can get you into any auction to buy .LMK i dont work for free so I have to charge
plus auction charges a fee, then a fee to register and transfer your title.
You wil still get a good deal
But in all honesty you can often find cars from private owners at a cheaper prices then the local auctions.
Rember at auctions it a buncha dudes standing around penis sword fighting and want to get the car they are after so they often bud the shit way up to high
But you can still get a decent if its the right day and its slow at the auction
