93 EG B16a Swap For Sale!!!!!!!
Im selling my 93 EG B16a DOHC Vtech
Car runs great....the only thing wrong with the car is some knocking sound that recently started.
The car is an original Si and has 150k on the car B16a has about 80k on it.
Cars fast and clean the only other thing that it does not have is carpet it was taken out due to being old and dirty. The seats are Integra seats and original back seat. both very clean and not worn down. Motor has seen nothing but 93 octain gas and full synthetic oil. Never been run down or abused.Car can reach 9000 rpms vtech kicks in at about 5500 rpms. If interested call 305-878-0691 Selling car for $3000. Also selling a set of Black Spoon rims...NOTE THE SPOON RIMS ARE PAINTED BLACK AND HAVE SOME DENTS ON THEM!

so the motors knocking and its never been abused but seen 9k rpms?
or are you sayin its not the motor knocking?

car is able to reach 9000 rpms has it been there yea probably 3 or 4 times in the 2 years i have owned the car and yes it has a/c. The pistons were in the car when i bought it last if my mind serves me right they are low compression.

i honestly dont know man i dont work on cars so i dont really know and i havent had the money or the time to check it out but one of my boys thats really into cars says its nothing and that it can be fixed.

well a rod knock can be fixed its jus who wants to do it is it a loud knock does it get louder if you step on the gas or does it go away or is it a tapping sound?

it doesnt do it at first after a while of driving it does it and it does go away when im driving it only knocks when im at a red light or when i reach my destination and im at a stand still. also it does not get louder its a steady knocking sound.
