93 RX-7 w/ modded LS1
I am selling my RX-7 now, nothing wrong with it, I deploy to Iraq in a short while and would like to sell it rather than store it. Here is a very basic rundown of what it is. Black 93 R1 with 60,000 miles on it(4000 since swap) w/ black interior. The exterior is for the most part straight, but needs some work. The driver's side door has a a couple dents in one spot and the fender needs some tweaking and alignment. Beyond that it just needs paint. The car still looks quite well as it sits though. The black interior is in great shape, but the stock seats have been replaced. The driver's seat is a Sparco Rev(for smaller people) and the passenger seat is a Sparco Speed. All of the guages have been replaced with Autometer Ultra Light's and a few added. The rest of the car is as follows:
Hinson premium mounting equipment including aluminum driveshaft
Polyurathane engine and tranny mounts
Working power steering, no A/C but have everything for it
Huge Be Cool Radiator with custom mounts, Volvo fan, and 160 T-Stat
3.5" intake w/ 85mm maf and K&N filter
JBA stainless shorty headers
Custom 3" downpipes feeding into a single 3.5" exhaust w/ Dynomax muffler
and resonator all mandral bent and v-band clamps
Walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump
3/8 hard lines and braided -6 from the pump to the rail (feed and return)
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
The engine and trans pulled from a 2000 Camaro SS with 34,000 miles.
Brand new LS6 heads
Comp Cams 918 springs and titanium retainers
Manley pushrods
GM ASA cam (great tourqe curve, a lot more power could be made w/ a bigger
cam)
LS2 double roller timing chain
LS6 intake manifold and ported LS1 throttle body
Katech rod bolts
Spec 2+ clutch (new at swap)
Aluminum flywheel 11lbs I believe (new at swap)
ECU tuned with HP Tuners (402hp 394ft lbs at the wheels on 91 octane pump
gas)
Trans built with all steel shift forks and carbon blockers(D and D parts)
Pro 5.0 shifter, Tri-Ax shifter arm, 03-04 Cobra shift knob
Odyssey dry cell battery custom mounted under headlight
Clean title and milage matches carfax history report
Alpine head unit w/ sirrius sat radio

This car is fast and a lot of fun to drive. If you don't already know the reputation about the car, it is quite a sleeper. Very drivable, I drove it to Chicago from Kansas and sat in traffic for an hour without a problem the whole trip.(And got 23-24 mpg doing 85mph) I haven't taken it to the drag strip yet(hopefully in a couple weeks) but judging from cars that it has beat, it car should be mid to low 11's on street tires at low to mid 120's mph. This is a finished swap, all the bugs are worked out of it, nothing to pop up down the road. Very solid car, no random clunks or sqeeks. This isn't a perfect car, (needs tires and could use paint)but mechanically it needs nothing. I am in the Army and am deploying in a month and a half. I would really like to sell it before then, but I do not have to sell the car. I am asking $22,000 obo. Make an offer, but please not trades. Don't be afraid to ask any questions about the car. The car is currently in Kansas, but after August 13th it will be in Northwest Indiana.
