1998 Dodge Neon R/T (SRT Turbo) in Florida
Here it is my 98 R/T, I just got finished putting on an SRT-4 Turbo setup, and SRT-4 intercooler. I was doing all that to sell it but the seller backed out so now I need it gone. I want to get $2,000 for the car. The turbo setup is complete minus the piping. The new owner will need to pipe the the turbo to the intercooler and intercooler to throttle body. It is a built, high compression motor, DOHC with the PT valve train, moroso racing oil pan, dyno max 2.5 inch exhaust which I used the factory 02 housing and downpipe from an SRT-4 and hooked into this exhaust. stage 1 SRT-4 fuel injectors, map clamp, and for now an iceman cold air intake. Has NEW Tires only about 100 miles on them. Also has a MOPAR short throw shifter with bugger bushings. The AC, and Power Steering are both still in great shape, I mounted the intercooler low enough so they didn't have to be removed. power windows work too. the driver side power mirror stopped working, and it needs new latches for the power door locks to work. Carpet was removed to save weight. I think thats it, any questions please PM me or call me 813-892-7215

and why would you build a high compression engine with a turbo? makes no sense.

It was a high compression motor already and like I said I was going to sell it, and the person buying it wanted a turbo on the car. With out boosting it to much a high compression low boost motor is completely safe. It all about the tune!! As long as you have the fuel you need and don't lean out the motor or heat your EGT's up to much it will be fine. And I guess I forgot to put it in the ad, yes the car runs great!! its was my backup car anytime my SRT broke at the track or anything so it runs great.
