It will need to be towed, no motor or transmission are in it.

it was given to me by a friend who moved to georgia had a blown headgasket
and it wasnt in my driveway for 12 hours before it had a notice to move
it was in my driveway @10:30pm and noticed @ 9:00am i swear a someone called it in
