to bad its not a real quad cab 4 door its a extented cab....the quad cab came out in 2002?

this is a 4 door extended cab correct?
with the small two door that open up backwards??

 

Please do more research before posting false information... This is a QuadCab... NOT A CREW CAB. This is the truck with suicide style doors, not CrewCab doors with the handles on the outside. Much more value in this one

 

my bad i thought the truck was 2002 when i looked it up on kbb,,, it kept showing quad cab with 4 real doors... so its my bad i mistyped the year..

goto kbb.. pick the 2002 model dodge 1500 truck.. click quad cab option in the pic it shows of the quadcab. has four real doors with handles...

so you have a 2001 quad cab and that year didnt have the actual four doors...
but two doors with small scuicide doors that fold out...

but just for someinfo dodge never made a "crew cab"
... dodge uses the term "quad cab" for 4 doors
ford uses the term "supercrew cab"
chevy uses the term " crew cab"

I called my brother told him about it and he was intersted becuase i said 2002 he looked at the kbb abd told me wow its a quad 4 door i want it...
then i had to break the news to him it was a 2001 not a 2002 with the quad cab having 2 big doors and 2 reverse opening doors...

It's cool man. People make mistakes. I made a mistake as well. I meant to say Club Cab, not Crew Cab. A lot of people prefer this door configuration because there is no need for an "A-Pillar" (or is it c-pillar...)... Check out all of the extra room gained with this setup.
