I am needing to get rid of my SRT-4. I am starting a new project and want to get rid of the neon. It hardly gets driven anymore so it may as well be gone. It is a 2004 Blue one with 62xxx miles. The front bumper needs to be repainted (carmax appraised @ 400 to repaint) and it needs a new set of headlights (for 210 from modernperformance.com). The car runs and drives great. Looking for 12900 or best offer which is still higher than both the retail price for Kelley blue book or NADA which is what banks look at for financing. Call my cell or pm me on here.

Just wanted to let you know. If the sales person at Carmax told you it would be 400 to paint the bumper, that doesn't mean you can take it there and have it painted for 400. I recommed getting estimates around the area from paint shops. Especially if it was a sales person who told you that and not a buyer. Simply because as sales people they use that with your appraisal to try to get you to sell it to them.
I only say that because I worked there, so just check around the area for some other places to paint it. Good luck with the sale though!

a body quoted me to sand and prime and repainted my bumper and both front fenders for $300

 

Mods ? Kicker System ? Mileage ? Ever had any warranty work done ?

 

Ah lol. That makes a lot more sense now. Again good luck witht he sale.

 

The only mods i have left on it are the greddy turbo timer and the eibach springs and a catch can. No kicker system but has aftermarket speakers in the front doors. Mileage is 62 thousand and change...i still have to drive it periodically so it changes some. No warranty work ever done while I have owned it. I am a mechanic and do all maintanence myself and have had no problems with car at all.
