The ebay buyer didn't come through. He showed up with his kid without a trailer and wanted to fucking negotiate a price, then he wanted to think about it and went to mcdonalds and never came back. This is a 1985 5 speed 5.0 Mustang Hatchback. It has a Saleen Wing, 2-1/2 inch Fiberglass cowl hood, welded in subframe connectors. The car has 15x3 Weld Draglites up front and 15x8 Weld Drag lites out back with Mickey Thompson ET Streets, the tires have sat too long. No Motor and no transmission. This car is being sold complete minus the drive train. The rear end is a 7.5 inch rear, I have a spare 8.8 that I will give to the winner of the auction so they can swap rears. The car is in good condition, no rust holes and no dents, the bottom of the car is rust free. The interior is in good shape considering it is the original 1985 interior. It is dirty and needs to be cleaned, the dash is cracked from the sun. The sunroof does not leak. The previous owner also installed 87-93 quarter windows. Here are the issues with the car, the passenger door handle broke and needs to be replaced and the paint job is shot, they did not do a good prep job before painting it so now the paint is flaking and the car is starting to get surface rust and buble up under certain spots. This would be a great track car, this car is not pristine it is 22 years old, it needs a paint job and some work to be a daily driver, this is why I am only asking 900.00. The rims are worth 500.00 the wing is worth 200.00, the hood is worth 300.00. The car looks as if there was a dent in the rear hatch pillar but it has been repaired and I could not tell there had ever been damage there. The tail lights need to be replaced as they are cracked.
