Default 2000 Ford Mustang V6, Roush, Recaro's, NICE!!!

I am selling an EXTREMELY NICE 2000 Mustang V6 with Roush appearance package. Clean, never wrecked, never smoked in, daily driver. It has 129,500 HIGHWAY Miles. Good gas mileage (27-32 mpg, mostly highway). Suspension has been upgraded as well as the seats and wheels. All the upgrades are listed below.

This car is NEARLY SHOWROOM CONDITION. There are no dents or dings. It still runs and drives just like it did when it was new, only better! The car even smells new inside. The interior is absolutely mint and the exterior is just as nice. There is a small scratch by the drivers side window that is hardly noticeable but that's the only one.

In addition to the basic car, the following upgrades have been done:
  • Mustang Mach 1 suspension (1" drop, spring rates 650 lb/in front / 250 lb/in rear, Tokico shocks/struts)
  • Genuine Ford Racing 17" black Bullitt wheels, wrapped with 245/45R17 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires (~6000 miles currently on tires)
  • Ford Racing FR500 steering wheel
  • Recaro Sportline seats in charcoal suede/jersey **MINT CONDITION**
  • Donnelly auto-dimming rear-view mirror
  • Mustang Mach 1 subframe connectors
  • Mustang Mach 1 23mm rear stabilizer bar
  • K&N FIPK cold air intake
  • 3/8" intake spacer
  • Kenny Brown dual exhaust
  • Roush 380R body kit (fascia, fog lights, rear wing, badging)
  • Roush shifter
  • Roush performance instrument cluster
  • Sequential rear turn signals
  • Smoked headlamps with clear corners
The Ford recommended service schedule has been followed for this car since new, which is oil & filter changes and tire rotations every 5000 miles, other items serviced as required, using all Motorcraft parts. New Motorcraft plug wires installed at 122,000 miles. Mobil 1 5W-30 motor oil was used after engine break-in, and switched to Mobil 1 5W-20 in 2002. Currently the engine consumes no oil in 5000 miles of daily driving. There's no fluid leaks from the engine, hoses or chassis parts. The brakes were upgraded at around 40,000 miles with Brembo rotors and Satisfied GS5 carbon-ceramic pads - both items have been replaced since then as they wore-out. The Ford TSB to fix the driver's side valve cover/PCV baffle was carried-out at 122,000 miles.

If you're looking for a car to get into autocrossing, this has been set-up about as well as it can be and is a really good point to start from. If you're looking for a quick V6, this car is one to consider. If you're just looking for a fun car to drive, this is it. The ride is taut but not choppy. Cornering is flat. It's very satisfying to drive. The Recaro seats feature unlimited adjustment to tailor the fit to you, and are very comfortable to both cruise and corner-carve in. The paint is great. The windshield was recently replaced with an OE Ford windshield. Owners manual and packet will be included with sale.

Feel free to contact me with questions if you feel I've left something out.

Price: $7500 Make an offer if your interested.

Sorry, I need cash on this one. I have a 2000 Eclipse RS that I would probably trade though. LMK

If it was a V8 in this condition it would be $5000 more dollars. This is a perfect candidate for a Cobra engine swap. It runs and drives flawlessly as it is but an extra 100 h.p. would be cool!
