***PLEASE HELP***I want to sell my 1999 civic si, I am going on full time ministry next year and cant really afford to keep it. Now this is the deal I bought the car and on the way home I was sideswiped, I haven’t driven it since. I bought a warranty on the car so everything is covered on it for another 2 years, and/or 36000. The car needs a passenger side mirror which I will replace and that’s it, the vehicle is in great shape and before I sell it I will take it to Honda for a tune up. It has 87xxx miles I am not sure the exact amount but I will check and post later, it is black and the paint is fading a little but I will get it detailed before I do so. Now what do you guys suggest? Should I paint it and then sell it or should I leave it like it is and then sell it, get the mirror and all that stuff…… I want someone to simply take over payments. I owe 9500, no money will come to me. I just simply need to get rid of it by January, please let me know what you guys think. The car is turned on everyday and driven around the block so that it can stay running. Let me know guys, I really need your help. just put ads everywhere telling ppl that you need to find someone to take over your payments.....btw how much a month are you paying ??

 

258.37 but its bc its a 48 month thing and plus i got bad, so im pretty sure someone could get lower payments....kelly blue book when i bought it was 10250, i dont know what it is now.... i will check

 

your gonna have a hard time getting 9500 for that car if its been side swiped. paint it first.

You need to get it repaired, completely.. then have someone take over payments.

It sounds like your going to lose atleast a grand or two from being side-swiped and taking over a bad payment plan. I wouldnt try to have someone take over payments rather pay in full and you pay off your payments.

 

And you can think on your own dude, its not that difficult. Post it for sale everywhere, say your taking best offer.

When you get a high enough offer then take it
