1987.5 Audi Coupe GT $750 Neg.
(Mods, If there are any problems with me not having a certain number of posts to qualify for a classified ad please let me know. I looked at sticky's and found no requirements for posting. If anyone has any questions about my credibility I am on SupraForums and numerous other boards with a great reputation.)
Ok,I bought this car to use a a beater while my DD was down. Well things changed and my DD wont be down for a while like I thought and I have no use for it. Nor Do I want to spend money on it when I can spend it on my other cars.
Its an 87.5 Audi Coupe GT. IT's considered a "special build'' with only 850 of these cars being made with this 2.3L i5 and all disc brakes, etc. This particular car is even rarer because it has the OPTIONAL CLOTH interior. This is the same Chassis used in the Group B rally's of the 80's.
Condition:
EXTERIOR:
* Paint has some fading in areas.
* Some bubbling around the wheel wells.
* 6'' dent on the hood/grille area. (theres a leather bra in the trunk that could cover this)
* All lights work, etc
INTERIOR:
* Front seats have slight wear but they are pretty supportive and sporty. Rear seats are MINT.
* DigiDash Isnt working properly. A good one can be had for about $2-300
* Radio and speakers were removed. (not really a big deal)
Really it just needs a good cleaning/vacuum.
MECHANICS:
* 2.3l I-5 Runs good!! Recently "seafoamed" and it woke up alot.
* Auto tranny shifts good.
*HOWEVER* It needs a proportioning valve for the brakes. This costs $125 and is a fairly easy fix, but I just dont want to put anything into the car other than what I have in it already. Lines couldnt hurt since you'd be under the car already. Due to the proportioning valve being broken its NOT roadworthy.

NEW PRICE $150 + you pay the towing fee. (should be 70) Come with a trailer and pick it up.
