1995 Ford Thunderbird FS or FT...
Hey guys,up for sale is my 1995 Ford Thunderbird LX. I am the second owner for 1 year now and the owner before me was a sheriff deputy in polk county.
The car has had nothing but synthetic oil since it was brand new,and i have ALL the receipts to prove it,from oil change number 1.The car has all the original paperwork except for the window sticker.all service manuals have been filled out by the dealership,and i also have the technician service manual.
Most of the modifications done to this vehicle still have the original parts,just in case you want to go back to stock.I have put very little miles on this car,mainly driving to and from work in plant city.well,lets go over the modifications.
1.BODY=the exterior has VERY nice paint,but,as it is an 11 year old car,it is not perfect.The passenger door has 2 key marks on it,but arent very noticeable.There is no oxidation,and the car has been completely detailed about 2 weeks ago,which included shampooing the carpets,waxing the exterior(which has been done every 2 oil changes)and detailing the engine compartment.
The car has sylvania brightstar headlights(75 dollars)and ebay clear corner lenses.It also has no yellowing on the headlight lenses.The car has an ASP rear wing spoiler,which looks stock,but is uniquely different.The car has blue painted drums and calipers,which look incredible against the rims.
2.=ENGINE/POWER=the car has the stock 4.6 liter V8,which has been meticulously maintained since day one.It has a K&N panel filter,which has just been cleaned,a set of March Performance Pulleys,a hypertech power module with a 160 degree thermostat,and fresh mobil 1 oil.The engine has no ticking and starts perfect the first try.It also burns no oil.The car has brand new engine coolant,and all new coolant hoses.the engine never gets over 1 quarter of the way hot,and has just had the fuel injectors cleaned,along with the throttle body and intake manifold.While im on maintenance,the car also has brand new rear diff fluid(synthetic)and new brake fluid.The car is very fast(i think so)and is still comfortable as hell.
3.TRANSMISSION=the 4r70w automatic transmission has just been rebuilt by a very reputable ford tech,and i have all documentation to prove it, along with 5 more months on the warranty.It has been upgraded with a TransGo shift kit,and will spin the tires easy in third gear.The tranny has also been babied since it was rebuilt.
4.REAR DIFFERENTIAL=the rear end has brand new synthetic fluid and stock gears.For a negotiable price, i will install the 3.73 gears i have for the car.
and as we all know,it has no leaks and is IRS.
5.Suspnsion=the cr has been lowered 2 inches on Jamex lowering springs,with kyb performance shocks/struts.It also has an Addco 1 1/8th rear sway bar.
The car rides firm yet is still very supple.All suspension components are about 1 year old.
6.TIRES/RIMS=the car has 17 x 8 inch Fittipaldi "avus"wheels.the rims are very expensive, and look very clean on this car.They do have a couple of small scuffs,but arent noticeable.I do not hae the stock rims anymore,as i sold them a while back.The tires are brand new Kumho Supras 275/45zr17s on the back,
and Sumitomo255/45zr17s on the front.they all have about 75% percent tread left on them,but i may have new tires by the time someone buys this car.These are not cheap tires,and you can tell by how they grip and ride.
7.BRAKES=the brakes have 70 % left on the front and 90 on the back.the drums have just been cleaned and adjusted,and the front discs have Hawk performance pads and newer rotors.The calipers were replaced just before i bough the car,and i have receipts to prove it.The only problem with the brakes is the brake booster.Its no big deal,but its the braking equivalent to driving without power steering.i can and will fix it for a negotiable price.
8.Miscallaneous=car has new p.steering fluid,oil,rear diff fluid,brake fluid,oil,engine coolant,and new oil.The battery is also 3 months old.The alternator has just been replaced,and the starter is also brand new.
9.Interior=the car has white face gauges,new ford racing floormats,and the original floormats,shampooed carpets/seats/cleaned all plastics.the stereo is all name brand,which includes,
a.Pioneer DEH p3500 head unit,with mp3/xm ready/cd text/detachable face.I love this head unit,as it has a built in equalizer and sub cut offs.also has 2 pre outs.
b.Kicker 570i door speakers,powered by a 200 watt pioneer amp.
c.Pioneer 6 cd changer mounted in the trunk
d.2 brand new kicker 12 inch subs powered by a sony xmsd22x amp,specialty series(2 weeks old)1200 watts, alll proffesional wiring,4 gauge,you can see no wiring.
This is one of the best systems you will ever hear.
The a/c is ice cold,all lights work,and the dome lights have blue lights in them for a relaxing glow.there is no wear in the seats or any where else in the interior.The driver side window regulator does need to be replaced,as the window is tough to operate.other than that everything works perfect.It is tan and black cloth.CAR IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
I am looking to accept offers,so I am VERY VERY negotiable, and i wont be offended by lowballers, i know what its like to be poor.
I will also entertain trades for anything,and would actually prefer a trade.
I am forgetting so much,but as i said,this car has acres of paperwork and receipts,and is a beautiful car.It also just attained around 98k miles.
