FS/FT: 98 Eclipse GST 300+hp 91ks

Hate to say it but i'm thinking about selling the GST. I was offered an opportunity to get another car that i have always liked and i am goin to try and get that.
The car is a 98 Eclipse GST. 91ks original miles on car and motor.
The car is silver. Rare two tone leather black and grey interior. Power everything, sunroof, leather, very clean. Mods as follow:
Exterior:
5Zigen 18" Bronze ProRacer GN+ wheels with Kumho Supra tires
stock bumpers, turbo wing, and side skirts
Carbon Fiber front lip
Interior:
Pioneer Cd player
Triple gauge pillar with AC boost, water temp, and volt gauges.
HKS auto turbo timer
Apexi S-AFCII (for fine tuning and monitoring)
Motor:
DSM Link V2 (for those unfamiliar, a tuning device, similar to Hondata)
upgraded turbo to EvoIII GT
8.2mm spark plugs
Tubular manifold
tubular o2 housing
full turbo back 3" Apexi Dunk exhaust
2.5 expanding to 3" Apexi downpipe
Catco high flow 3" cat (gutted)
Apexi intake filter/pipe
HKS ssqv BOV (real, not fake bs)
Greddy upper intercooler pipes
TurboSmart dual stage manual boost controller
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with b&m gauge
680cc injectors
Walbro 255 hp fuel pump
Apexi style (obx) front mount intercooler
Red jdm mitsu valve cover
Drivetrain:
Spec Stage 3 sprung 6 puck clutch kit (less than 1000 miles on it)
Fidanza light weight 8lbs flywheel (less than 1000 miles on it)
KYB AGX fully adjustable shocks
Eibach Pro kit springs
APR front strut bar
Rear strut bar
Endless Vita Nuova front brake pads
Rotora Front slotted rotors
Brembo slotted rear rotors
New generic rear brake pads
Car should easily make 300+ with current set up. Transmission was replaced last year.(11/20/05). Car is in good shape and is fun as hell to drive. I am asking 11000 obo. Ill think about some trades +/- cash.
Please do not offer me trucks, granma/pa mobiles for trade. Please do not offer me hatches or 4 door civics/integras. Please do not offer me domestics or bikes. I am looking into getting a 98+ Lexus GSxxx or DC2/4 gsr/r/shell with jdm front. Other offers will be considered. I will meet with buyer/trader half way if needed.
