"car has '98 GSR swap in it, but 4th cyclinder lost compression (100 psi; maybe ringlands, not sure), tranny is in great shape, ACT clutch. The swap probably won't come with the car, unless a decent offer is made."

What is a decent offer? $4000 lmk
