Hey guys just did some more work on my car and after a fuel filter and two leaky injectors we checked timing and advanced it to 8 degrees. Running strong but still has low rpms on start up and bogs sometimes when you accelerate slowly. But otherwise up and driving.

If I could get a maf sensor this bitch would be rockin ... goin to lkq tomorrow morning to look for parts and might be starting to install the interior later in the day...more updates to follow.

I don't know the exact mileage of the car or more importantly the engine. Gotta ask g-o-d for that. Still available.

 

Started on interior, gonna hook up gauges on thursday. Found out that my timing chain was stretched and am gonna replace it soon. MAF isn't the problem... we advanced timing to 15 degrees ish and now the bog is gone and the cold start problem is gone only thing left is the slight miss which hopefully gets cleared up with the timing chain.

Runs and drives now.

check out my thread, i dont know how you get there but it was originally posted on midnightstreetracerxs name. its a crx with vtec sohc mini me, motor just got swapped and still in the process of getting fine tuned.....if you see the pics it doesnot have same rims, new ones lighter. anyway if you can call me. i have it up for 4 but if you want im sure we can work something out. my dad had an iroc and put it in a telephone pole when i was8, about 2 months after he got it. i lovefd it for those 2 months......pm me or call nemo at 863-287-5735 its my cell and no one else picks up so dont feel bad about calling.
