Ok I cleaned out my PM box. I live in Ellenton, FL 34222. About 1.5 hours from Orlando.

Since the tranny is fully electronic id bet that a sensor is bad or the computer is acting up. If it is computer related im sure Sam@Coastal could tune it out.

I think I may have found the problem with the trans. I found some leaves and a plastic bag covering the trans cooler. I drove the car to work for 2 days and no more erratic shifting car seems to drive fine now.

I think the car was a supervisor's car. It has carpet, cruise, and cloth interior. No spot light was ever on this car.

The car is getting 23mpg on the highway with a/c on.

23 is about average. some get 25-26 highway. City is about 16-17. I have no problem with 16 mpg, in exchange for the safety these cars offer in a crash.

& The quickness of them, VERY nice car, if I could sell mine I'd definitely consider it.

23 mpg was mostly highway and a little city mixed in. So probably highway only driving is 25-26 like you said.
