FS: 1998 Infiniti Q45 Touring
Info on the car:
1998 Infiniti Q45T (Nissan Cima)
chassis FGY33
Engine: VH41DE, if i recall, about 280hp, 280lbft. lb. of torque, all aluminum block and head V8, with VTC on both intake cams. Pulls hard, anyone who has rode in it can attest to that. Comfortably can cruise with 4 people in the car and not break a sweat.
Transmission: Auto, obviously, same transmission that is in the Z31 NA, relatively cheap, readily available, same as in the trans code is the same, the bellhousing/tail section may differ.
Options(this is a big list):
being the touring package this car has every conceivable option, or at least i believe so, Cruise Control with steering wheel mounted control, Bose cd player with a 6 disc changer in the trunk, also, as you can see, the car has the XM radio currently in it, i can include this for a little extra, but will remove it otherwise. Power/heated/leather seats, with drivers side memory(2 settings), and that neat feature that moves the seat and the wheel away from you when you go to get out of the car, everything works perfect, no noises or clunks, no tired electric motors, and the heated seat option is pretty nice when that leather gets cold. Traction control with an 'off' button(rear end is a viscous(sp?) limited slip), auto headlamps(they turn on when it gets dark, turn off when it is light, and stay on after you shut the car off, there is a dial to adjust how long they stay on). Automatic climate control, this thing is cool, set the temp to what you want inside the cabin, and whatever the car needs to do to make it that temp, heat, a/c, it will figure it out. Obviously front airbags, but also has side airbags built into the sides of the front seats. There are probably a few more options i forgot, as i said, it's a big list. But take a look at the pictures, everything on the car works, and works well, think Nissan quality that is just wrapped in leather, and that is what it feels like.
The car will come with a near new second set of floormats(see pictures), these were included with the car when i bought it, i used the not so pretty floormats for daily use, and keep the ones in the trunk just to keep them clean. Also comes with the original owners manual and leather packet, and the actual "Infiniti" pen that came with the car since day one. And as i said, i'll include the XM for a little extra, i know it's outdated and it's not worth a lot, but i have the adaptor under the dash too, and i'll include a few months of service, but again, it's a little extra.
I bought the car as a nice solid daily that i can sit in traffic with and not care about how slow it's moving, but i rarely drive it anymore and there is no use in me keeping it. It would make a great VIP project, which was my original intent, but just never got around to it basically. JIC makes coilovers, and they respond very well to stupid low offset wheels with large diameters. Car gets 20 mpg, city, more highway, never done strictly highway to figure it out. 22~ gallon tank, she's a big girl. Car rides awesome but there are two things that should be looked into. Has the common tension rod failure of the S chassis cars, S13 adjustable ones work, which is what i would use, can be had for under 200. The car will need a trans service soon, flush it and clean out the screen, other than that, the car doesn't really need anything. Great car for getting from point A to point B which is like 3 hours away. There is probably some stuff i forgot, there are a few cosmetic blemishes, i tried to display those in the photos, but mechanically the car is extremely sound and i wouldn't think twice about driving it anywhere, for the time that i've had it, it's had oil changes at a little less than 3000 miles, i got the car at about 91,000 miles, and haven't had a single problem with it. new plugs and air filter within the last few thousand miles. The book on the car is about 8500, i'd like to get 8000 out of it, email me with any questions or other picture requests, as i can take any pictures that you want to see. Car is located on the east side of orlando, and i can deliver the car within a reasonable distance. Thanks

upon looking at the pictures, i realize there quite a few options that i missed, but just have a look at the pictures, it's basically every conceivable option, think of it like this, this particular car sold for about 50k when new. again, email me with any questions or picture requests...i also realize the interior is a little on the dirty side, i will have the car professionally detailed before next week and i will post new pictures.
