I won this car this past Xmas 05, of 93.3 FLZ Santa Drop OFF. We already own enough cars, this one happend to be an extra.
Car Is a 2006 Honda Civic DX. Options are a bit different from the 02-05 models.
This one is has a 1.8-liter, SOHC i-VTEC® 4-cylinder engine. (which the older models DX's did not bring.) They added Vtec on the 06 models but took A/C OFF , YES, I dont knw why they would do that but they did. If you go to a Honda dealership you can upgrade to the A/C Package. It brings power windows,cd player,Defroster,Heater, AUTOMATIC.
Car is in PERFECT condition, only has about 4,500k miles in it.Title in HAND. Asking Price is $14,300
The car Brand new is $15,700 by the time you leave the Dealership with TAX/TAG & Title you will owe about $17,500.

I would probably be intrested in getting this car for my girlfriend but she probably won't like it much because of no a/c. (she will die) lol. Is there a way I can take it up to honda and tell them to install the components? What kind of warranty does this have?

BUMP...very good deal guys..is very clean and its a very good gas saver i dont think the ac cost much at a dealer..

called brandon honda land its 2,300$ to have a/c installed parts and labor at 80$ a hour
withthats said i'll give you 10,000$ cash for the car
as far as being best friends selling the car for 2k , wont work the florida taz collector revenue dept will send me a letter later saying the car was under values and make me pay taxes on full nada value, believe me its about a year later but who every buys it will get the letter, unless your bill of sell says the cars is in non running wrecked condition .

Sorry guys... Like i sayd, im not in a total rush to sell it.. Car is just sittin in the garage, for some one to drive it. as of the tax thing. I've sold a couple of cars here in Tampa before, and they have never sent the letter to any one of em. I even got a car from my Grandmother even though she has a totally different last name and all, she gave me my 1st car for free, 99 nissan Altima, and she wrote that she had sold it to me for $1k. I never recieved no letter,
Maybe some one has to pay full taxes on the car ONCE in order to be able to do that,
I've already payd $1,500 on taxes on the Civic... either way, you will still get it much cheaper then if you went to a dealer.... This car has 3 year Warranty,Tires/bumper to Bumper.. Your gettin all that, for a really good price... Plus its a HONDA, itll hold its value & last you a lifetime.Plus if you guys have Gas hogging cars, why not buy this car for your g/f that way you guys can drive for a quite a bit without constantly stoping for 93 octane gas. That ONCE again, GAS prices are shootin ^^^^up

Damn 2300$ plus labor! Did they give you an estimate on how many hours it would take? I would offer 11,000$ just because if we did get it we would have to get the ac work done. I figure the price will probably be the same as your asking price after the a/c work.
