I have an 82 firebird sry let me say that over my fiance has an 82 firebird SE 6cyl auto. He has had this car for sale forever and we never get a serious buyer we get "oh ill call u tommorrow to come look at it" and never hear from anyone. We just bought a brand new mustang and need to get rid of this car, He has done alot of work to it and there are no major problems with it, the A/C even works. The only thing wrong with the body is that the clear coat on the paint is peeling off so it just needs a new coat other than that theres really not a lot of cosmetic work needed.
