Heres the scoop: This car is a friend of mine's, he just got a tune up done on it (140,xxx) miles and put brand new tires on it a month ago. Unfortunately he never got the timing chain replaced and thanks to murphy's law, it broke. Thus causing the timing chain to whip around and crack the head. The engine lost compression and stalled. So the verdict is that the head needs to be replaced along with the timing parts and any other misc. bullshit that goes along with doing this job. Now the good part about this is that it is a super clean car and would be well worth fixing as there is virtually nothing wrong with it.

93 325i v6
Clean title (in hand)
Brand new tires (with reciept)
Very nice gray leather interior
Glossy paint (no dings or dents anywhere) CC kind of faded in spots
The car is 100% bone stock (never been wrenched on by some kid with no automotive talent)
Car has a good clutch
Would also make a great M3 swap car. (in my opinion)
