**83 benz SEL500 AMG FS/FT $$3500 obo$$**
ok i'm putting this up for a friend in the bradenton/sarasota area.
up for sale is this great condition 83 mercedes-benz SEL500 AMG edition. it has been well maintained throughout its entire life. the previous owner was a mechanic.
the car is in excellent condition, and he loves it to death. the only reason he's parting ways with it is because he's in high school, skates all over town, and needs a more economical car.
good:
the engine in this car is extremely responsive, with its 5 speed smooth-shifting automatic. the interior is in great shape, but the passenger's seat has a tear in it, thus the necessity for seat covers.
a/c works fine.
power everything, chrome accents, keyless entry, nine disc cd changer/player, leather interior, alloy wheels, 16 speakers throughout the car, early fuel injected v8, 8 year old paint.
bad:
small rust spots on certain parts of the car, approx. 17 MPG, and the fact that it's just an older car that needs attention.

i'm entertaining trades for a more economical car, such as a 94+ civic or accord, but preferably a 94+camry.
