Maybe alitle late but maybe--we are almost the exact opposite-- i have a bmw coupe that im trying to get rid of in search of a gray 350z,,, i mean from what i've read i may not have exactly what you are looking for but i do have a 2000 323ci blk on blk with the wood grain,,, it a auto/sport shifter,,, its all original,,, it even has a warranty till 2009 or 80k miles(eng,mech-zero deduction) and it does have a back seat--- the car is is nice condition,,,, i'de be willing to trae plus 2k in cash,,, just thought i would throw that out there,,, but great looking Z,,,if you are intrested let me know,, good luck 813 323 2841
