??? How do I Delete my sent messages??

I tried to send a message but says I have reached my limit?? How do I fix that...help me out please..thanks..lol

go to userCP, the on the right choose list messages, the at the top underneath the green/yellow/red bar you can click the menu to get to sent messages. Then check them all and delete.
