90' Nissan 240sx

Looking to sell my car, As the title says its a 1990 nissan 240sx. Its dark grey, with teardrop wheels, falken and kuhmo tires. Has a rebuilt single cam motor with about 10 or 11k miles on it, all oil changes done at 3k or earliar with mobil 1 full synthetic 5w30 oil and fram filters.
Here's a list of everything new/done to the car, Since I have owned it.
Zfever Stainless steel 3" catback exhaust.
Megan racing 3" stainless steel testpipe.
Kyb AGX 8 way adjustable rear/4 way adjustable dampening struts.
Eibach sportline Springs
14" Electric Fan wired to a switch through relays.
Z32 fuel filters every 3k miles.
generic cone filter w/ MAF adapter plate.
EGR deleted.
New OEM Front rotors (Less than 1k miles on them.)
Rebuilt OE rear drivers caliper
New rear brake pads (Less 1k miles)
New front brake pads (Less 1k miles)
New Brake master cylinder.
New Clutch slave cylinder.
Clutch Dampening block deleted.
New Exedy OE replacement clutch.
New Engine bay Fuel lines
89-90 SE teardrop wheels w/ Falken Ziex front tires and Kuhmo Touring Rear tires.
And of course the Engine Rebuild, Done by a friend of mine, and I got the motor off of him once he switched over to a KA-DET. All I know about the rebuild, Is all new Rod/Main bearings, new OE style pistons with chromoly piston rings, new water pump/oil pump/ new gaskets ect. Pretty much a bottom only rebuild Onl valve stem seals were redone in the head.

Car has minor body dings, Was repainted before I got it, but the hood is sun cracked, and pass. door is chipping.
Drivers side motor mount ripped when installing rebuilt engine.
Rear interior is out of the car but I still have it.
Car idles a bit funny, but never stalls, and doesn't seem to affect engine performance.
Car also Pops/"Sputters" (Not bad at all) when on partial throttle (Not accelerating only maintaing speed.)
The little problems with the car can be fixed very cheaply/easily with some effort.
The reason I'm selling this car is because I want to start a new project with a stock untouched car, Which is why I don't care if its auto or 5spd.
Will trade straight up for ANY running coupe. (Auto or manual.) Prefer Dual cam though.
I'm taking offers on the car as-is, Will not part it out, will not sell it as a shell.

Its a stick, and I forgot to add that it also has a brand new exedy clutch.
Looking for 1400obo w/o exhaust and suspension, and 2000obo with exhaust and suspension.
