97 MAZDA 626 WTT for crx or civic!!!

I am looking to sell or preferably trade my 1997 mazda 626. hunter green, 4 dr.,4cyl, auto, only 80,000 miles, power doors,windows,mirrors,tilt, cruise control, softest leather I've ever sat on, minor dents and scratches on hood and fenders. looking to sell for $1300.00 or trade for a 5 spd crx or 88-91 civic or open for other trades. looks is not very important.
