WTB: 98/99 Eclipse GSX
I'm tired of the Celica and need something newer that is quick. I will be finishing up the interior conversion on the Celica (black & blue) and selling the car on here. I am looking into several DSM's already but would prefer to buy locally.
If anyone knows of anyone with a clean 98 or 99 GSX with nice paint and in excellent mechanical condition please post here. The exterior & interior MUST be extremely clean, prefer to buy a stock/mildly modified car but for the right price I would buy a more "built" car, especially if it is a 6-bolt.
Naturally, anything with crankwalk or transmission problems is a big NO.
I AM willing to travel for the right car, so if you know of one that fits this description at a distance please let me know of that as well.

Asking $8,000.00 obo I am only selling it to get a new motor for my Crx. This is a GS-T not GSX ( still blow them out the water)
This has a full built 6bolt motor no crank walk.
To many exstras to type, pm me back and i'll give you a #. Only work needed is some fuel upgrades and the trunk as no wing so it needs to be painted.
here is a few pics, i have the papers on the parts that are in it.
this is an old pic, there is no carbonfiber hood anymore or wing.

Hmmm, very tempting. I do really want AWD though. Ever since I rode in my bud's Subaru I've been wanting it. I am looking at a 99 GSX in Orlando on Wednesday in pristine condition, but if that doesn't work out I will probably get in touch with you.

i had nothing but bad experiences with my awd dsm... if i were going to get awd i would pick something other than a dsm and if it had to be dsm i would pick a 1g. Just my .02 for what it's worth to you. Either way good luck on finding what you want

I know of people having good experiences and bad ones with their DSM's. They can't ALL be pieces of crap. And if I'm willing to put work and money into it, it shouldn't be that bad.
Just curious though, what generation and model did you have and what kind of problems did you run into?
