Arrow PROJECT CAR 240sx Needs Fixin'

Time to part with it, no time to play.
The Diff broke and needs to be fixed it is not drivable at the moment, considering selling it as a project car. Airbags have gone off as well but there is no damage to chassis what-so-ever and the engine still runs perfect, and transmission is fine.

Lime Green S15
The specs:

1996 240sx (non-se but have the spoiler)
2001 S15 Engine
S15 transmission and rear end (6pd/lsd)
Blitz BOV
Greddy Front Mount
Greddy Turbo timer
Greddy Profec B spec 2 Electronic Boost Controller
Toda Stage 3 clutch / flywheel ($1200ish)
Apex'i Air/Fuel Controller
18" Velox wheels
Apex N1 exhaust
3" Apex downpipe
2001 S15 steering wheel
Kenwood MP3 player Orion speakers
Convertor for Speedo
Walboro Fuel pump
KYB shocks
Eibach Sport springs

Speedo works
Have brand new A/C unit waiting to go in (original SR20, and new KA)
Have NISMO FPR waiting to go in.

Asking 5k
(2750 less than I was asking before, repairs should run 600ish + your time)

Just added pics.

Was driving down 275 and rear end just froze the hell up.

Damage, The ebrake cable is destroyed, the air bags went off. I have another S14 steering wheel OEM that I can throw back on but the dashboard airbag went off too, no damage other than that. There weren't skid marks or anything, and everything else is fine.

Things it needs
Diff
Dash
Steering Wheel W/ Air bag
*I can provide a S14 OEM steering wheel or you can source a S15 airbag pack w/ cover to fix the S15 steering wheel that is there and much nicer.

It's totally worth fixing, but I leave out of town tomorrow, I work way too much, this was my reason for selling it in the first place.

My girlfriend should be around if anyone needs to pick it up while I'm away.

I don't know, didn't make sense to me either. Car was shaking a bit, so slowed down, and was pulling over, it began shaking harder to the point where the rear view mirror dropped and the airbags deployed.
