Any mechanical problems other than ones mentioned above? i/e can you trust it as a daily driver?

bump for a clean ass YJ

 

i found that the e-brake does not catch, it goes down and locks the brakes but doesnt stay down.Also it has an exhaust leak, we were told that the doughnut was bad. the rear tires have low tread. It runs good but doesnt look 100%. my brother owned it before us and he used it for weekend trips from south pasco to gainsville for camping every other week, he also used it daily for work doing cable installing all over the tampa area. He has never had a problem with it. we have had it for 6 months and it pretty much just sits on the side of our house. we sarted it about 2 or 3 days ago and it started right up with no problems. also i dont think i mentioned that it has no a/c or heat.
