Mike- just gonna give you my personal opinion. Don't finance with this kid. Too damn risky. Wait until someone fronts you the money. It's not like you're asking THAT Much for the bike!
Frankensteinman- Mike has been trying to sell this bike for awhile (as you can see by the date of this thread)....i'm sure if you give him a deposit he could probably hang onto it for you until you come up with the rest of the money....you have to understand the position he would be in if he gave you his bike without the title and let you run free with it. If you wreck it/decide to not pay anymore whatever the deal is, that's a risk Mike would be taking. I don't know Mike well enough to know if he would even let you put a deposit down and hold the bike for you but it's worth a shot!

no payment....3500 cash its yours if not oh well...let me know....first person to come alot with all of the cash gets the bike....besides I'm not in a hurry to sell it...i have my other toy and this is jsut sitting in the garage

He could have a lean put on the title as to where the bike would be mine and woudl be leagally obligated to pay him and no matter if i were to wreck it or cathc it on fire I woudl still have to pay him...it would also prevent me from just givin him 2000 dollars and hima saying "wut money" it would protect both our interests as well...
