If you've never been, Orlando has a massive population of Sexy Puerto Rican Chicks, as opposed to Brandon's population of Massive Puerto Rican Chicks. It's like heaven there, except sexier. If he took this car within 5 miles of that many Puerto Rican chicks, he could easily suffocate.
