this guy seemed real cool and even after he got me to go 100 less on a set of wheels he still stiffed me 50 bucks. he came all dressed in business clothes and looked like an honest guy. so it didnt cross my mind to count the money in front of him after i counted the cash 2 seconds after he left i called and no answer. called a few more times and left messages no call back. if it was an accident he woulda answered or at least even called after he got the messages.gary if you want your name cleared please send me my 50 dollars

I did what? I bought some wheels from you (he had a pile of about 40 out back. Tell me he aint stealing), and I placed the money in your hand. I asked you twice if we were straight and you said yes. I drove an hour to get those wheels, and you think I am going to go back again because you say you didnt get the right amount? I got the exact amount $350 out of the credit union, and folded it over so that i knew it was all there. You should have counted it in front of me. You arent going to scam me. Mike (the name above this post) Dorr sold me his 300zx for $1000, $400 of which was given to him as down payment and incentive to get car drivable for pickup.
Many attempts were made to aquire car which was said to be drivable,but multiple contacts have failed and after about a month, this is getting rediculous.
I want my money or a car, and now.
If car is not moving which I belive is still the case, then I will give you $100 and trailer it back to sarasota.

 

6 months ago i had $9,000 in my pocket and wanted a nother crx, i decided to buy two actually, one i got in orland for 400 ran grat just missing the hood and had a horrible paint job, the other i got in springhill for 1000, clean ass body but as soon as i got on the vet's to bring it home overheated and blew the head, had to leave it, fhp towed to some hillbillyvill about an hour and a half so i had to pay 300 more to get it out and have towed home, ended up parting it out, still out about 800 bucks.
