head work is machining the head i.e. porting & polishing. cams don't change the head in any way. so how do cams modify the head. cams are NOT part of the head, they are part of the valvetrain. the cylinder head is 1 peice. unless yours is cracked...

don't talk shit when you don't really know the answer.
