88 Mazda MX-6 GT make offer
1988 Mazda MX-6 GT (turbo 2.2L)
Black, decently shiny paint.
5-speed shifts nice.
Interior is excellent for the age.
Has '94 MX-6 stock rims on it with tires, still have tread.
Completely stock car. Ran great aside from the overheating. Yes, the turbo is there, and I assume is perfectly fine for it's age.
I tried changing the head gasket, but still getting low compression in all 4 cylinders, 90-90-90-60 supposed to be 140 I believe. Swap in another motor if need be, I don't want to see this car crushed.
The car ran before, but kept overheating, compression test led to the head gasket and possibly piston rings. Could be as simple as changing the piston rings, but, that's not simple.
